I am playing Terran Alliance, gigantic map, 8 opponents, normal AI for others, bright AI for Drengin.

Drengin is building dozens of colony ships for no apparent reason, I see about 10 of their planets and on those planets there are like 60 colonization ships orbiting, and only 3-4 warships, at the same time all around and inside Drenging territory are lots of uncolonized (normal, not radiated, toxic etc) planets, some as high as class 19.

 All other AI:s I can see seems to behave normal.
