Can count me as another person who is unable to reinstall an original purchase of GalCiv2 due to a message saying that the serial number entered is not valid. Some details here, I purchased a new computer since the last time I played GalCiv2 so there might be a conflict with which computer the original key is associated with.  Anyone know a fix for this or how Stardock is likely to handle the issue?

Added on to this problem is the fact that I had purchased the expansion pack bundle for the upcoming release of the second expansion. The registration key given to me in the receipt for the online transaction does not work so I cannot download my new purchase. I assume this is because of the above noted issue. Any tips?
