Invisible Ships (updated 4.11.08)

UPDATE April 11 2008: This bug is fixed! Yay!

It was an insidious bug involving the minor races, which I usually don't play with which is probably why I could never reproduce it before.  Heh.

I am not going to go through all that but I will add this I had all the galciv updated modules, blah blah blah

It seems to appear when the Drengin Super Dominator ships show up though. I hope that helps.

Just updated my drivers again. Reloading the saved game allowed ships to reappear, however, new ships were still invisible. This was a normal sandbox game custom race, Thalian Tech, Terrian Ships.

Again CTRL+N was not used and no mods are installed, Core ships have this problem, observed on Colony and Constructors.

Noticed that if I animate a part on a ship that the ship will no longer be constructed "invisible."

It seems to affect only cargo hulled vessels ( Colony ships, Transports, space miners.)

Will be sending you my info first thing tommorrow.

This is now the coolest bug ever. I may have actually helped get rid of a bug in a beta.
