Hi,

i have a problem, i bought the game at the Mediamarkt Store near Stuttgart (Germany). But its impossible to register it to GalCiv2.com. After i have logged into the GalCiv2 / Stardock.net account, i´ve tried to register the game under the button register. When they ask me to give my serial-number, i wrote it up exactly from the DVD because there´s no book. Then i get an Error massage:

Error 3: Serial Number Is Not Registered To This Account / * Your GalCiv II Serial Number was not registered.

Its clear that the serial is not registered, because registration has not worked by now.
