Terrorstar Fleet Bug

When a Terrorstar just got finished, it supposed to get mobilized and not supposed to move.
However, if you fleet the yet to be mobilized TS, then it is able to move with the fleet.
I would call it an exploit, which should be fixed easily.
I was playing on latest beta.

Oooh, thanks for finding that one.  Definitely un-intended behavior.  We verified it here at the office and fixed it in our internal build today.

Loupdinour if you need to exploit to win perhaps you need to reduce the difficulty level?
