During play of the Beta TA expansion with the Arceans these issues came up.

1- EVERY time I restarted the game, all my Trade Routes got reset to day 1, rather than continuing their trade route where they were when I left the game (causing a lot of income loss as a result)

2- The Arceans' Stellar Forge Planetary Improvement is supposed to add 25% Hitpoints to ships built on that Planet and 10% income. I don't seem to get the 25% HP bonus.
