Torian Central Mines

In the last couple of games I have played, I have come across one item that might need addressing.

The Torians have a racial tech/improvement called the Central Mine. When I conquer one of there planets the Central Mine then is not one the improvements that I can't use and is not destroyed. However, I also can not ever do anything with it.

I cannot upgrade, decomission or anything else on it. I have noticed this while playing the Yor and the Drath.

Is this expected behavior that you are stuck with that Central Mine? Do all races have some tech/improvement that would carry over like that?

Torian harvestor is far worse, there shouldnt really be any undestructables imo there a pain in the ****. Please remove the undestructable tags Stardock.

As Lenius hinted in his post, the Central Mines are flagged as "indestructible" and thus won't be demolished upon taking over the planet. Any building in the past that couldn't be personally removed/upgraded (capitals, galactic wonders...etc) are just like the Central Mine.

As for the Torian Harvesters....gives you a reason perhaps to NOT colonize their planets now huh? Heeeey Terror Star, c'mere a sec.
