First the turn button got "lost"(aka it gone invisible), then after i gone to the foreign relations screen, talked to someone and then returned the button came back. However, no matter how many times i press it the turn won't change. And Enter doesn't help either. This is a debug.err excerpt after i load a savegame saved after the bug happened.

I tried clicking the turn button to no end for 5 or so minutes, and i did shift through my ships and none had moves left, in fact i couldn't even move my ships, it was as if the computer was having his turn.
