UI and sounds

I'm not sure whether it's the game or my PC but every time a new pop-up comes or i open a planet, i hear static and there is a slight FPS drop. I don't think the static was in DA and overall the TA UI feels a bit slow. Is it memorry inefficient?
I have exactly same settings as in DA.
