Is there a bug or oversite with the sort for the Planet List - Unowned - Habitable view?

I use this screen often to determine the best candidate planet to send my next colonizer to based on class and haibiability, but the planets do not appear to be displayed with the most habitable choice for my race on top. Instead I get a bunch of uninhabitable planets first, and have to scoll down the list to find the best choices. I guess it is sorted by habitable category, but would really appreciate the habitable planets for MY race to be sorted on top of the list by class, so that I can easily see my choices without having to scroll down thru the list to locate a preferrred planet. I really enjoy this game, and I would like to use this funtionality quite a bit as I did with the MOO2 uncolonized planet sort screen. Thanks in advance.
