Update: Discovered the complicated way morale bonuses work in the Wiki...

Okay, I will just say this. I hope the tooltip for morale gets changed in a patch because it is very confusing. Let me show you why I thought this was a bug:


This shows what my galactic bonus is supposed to be


This is the bonuses it gives me. Note the buildings I have state they give me a 70% morale bonus.

This tooltip is misleading. It tells me I am not getting the bonuses the game says I get. I think it should instead read:

"Morale of medium population: 54%. +38%(65%) from native ability. +38%(70%) from buildings on planet. +10% for planet quality. -54% for taxes."

Okay hopefully I've turned this erroneous bug report into something useful.
