Drengin Ion Beam tech still not working

I know this was reported after Beta 1, but I wanted to make sure it hadn't fallen through any cracks.

The Ion Beam Techs still to not award any weapons to the Drengin, and the Disruptor techs are still researchable after Ion Beam I.

Also The Drengin weapons techs seem to be fairly sparse. Missles go straight from Photon Torpedos to Nightmare Torpedos (If my memory is correct) Is this going to change?
