MIght still be bad tech hookups

I was playing a new game last night (beta 3b) and when I ran into the Humans they had Warp Drive 3 (and none of the pre-reqs). None of the other races that I contacted had this for trade yet.

This has been my point in my post, see link at bottom of this reply, Opposing races seem to have access to Warp techs weather in this case Warp III, or in my post Warp IV and V.

Please send us a zipped saved game where the other race has a tech like that where it seems that they shouldn't have it.  We can then look into it and see what happened.

Please send your zipped saves (along with a description of the problem, and your debug.err file) to gc2bugs@stardock.com.

yes again humans had ulimate invulnerbility, and korath had hyperwarp 3. this "bug" has been around since B2, I thought it would be squashed by now...Its not just limited to engines either. Races will have random techs that noone should have so early, or something that isnt linked up .. ie. Advanced radioactice world colonizaion, when noone including myself ahs the regular one...
