2 errors TABeta3A

The first error that I have noticed is a very occational one where the loading picture seems to be distorted with a blue screen overlayed on the picture. You can see this shown below.

The second error that I have found which I believe used to be present in an earlier beta is that Warp IV seems to be available right away or very early with the Korath. As soon as I met them they had this tech and didn't have impulse or and other Warp tech. Also non of the other races have this assuming of course that the Arceans don't possess this tech due to that isn't in thier normal tech tree. That is the only major race that I have not made contact with.

I also when I started a new game last night in TABeta3B the Korath again had Warp V way before they were supose to and Dark Yor (that's right a minor race) had Warp IV when no one had engine techs greater than Impulse III and I traded for that after I had Warp IV and V from those races and I could still trade the Korath and give them Warp IV if they wanted it and Dark Yor I could trade them Warp V if they wanted it, No other race had these techs I have met all major races and all but 2 minors at this point so unless another Minor Race had out research all the other races theese techs seem to have been given to them way to early in the game.

Seilore, can you send a zipped saved game where the Korath have Warp V to gc2bugs@stardock.com? Also include your debug.err file. This will help us to figure out what happened and why they have that tech.

Korath also has Disrupters seemingly way before they are supose to, The Highest weapon tech currently available with all races gives max 2 damage this gives 7.

Below is a picture of the tech tree, showing that disrupters comes after the first ion cannon tech, I believe at minimum this should be linked to the end of the Ion Cannon techs, not to the first Ion Cannon tech.
