First of all I like that finally there is some kind of help system. Thank you so much. But here are some more things that you can do to significantly improve the system:

1) In many cases the description is simply not sufficient. For example, many Galactic Achievements do not have any description other than the name itself.

2) There should be a way to see if the bonus is system-wide or planet specific.

3) The technologies themselves are not right-click-able. It would be nice if you could see what benefits the next technology brings by just right clicking on the next technology name in this technology help window. It is less of a problem when you explore the technology tree, but much more of the problem when you are in the diplomacy screen.

4) It would be nice if the required technology (also right-click-able) is also listed somewhere in the help window. So that you could travel forward and backward along the technology tree without leaving the help window.

5) It would be really great, if you could right-click on the building descriptions in the help window as well to see the detailed info about those building including detailed bonuses, required technologies (click-able) and upgrade options, also click-able. So that, for example, you see that some technology gives your schools, you click on the schools you see that the schools can be upgraded into academies, you click on the academies, you see how much better the academies perform and what technology is required for them, and so on.

6) It would nice to have the way to see the cost of technology and especially the time it takes to discover it, including all prerequisites if they are not discovered.

I understand that it is a lot of work to implement all of the suggestions but good help system is very important for the new game and for the new players (and even for the veterans).
