Influence victory

I got a message in the victoryscreen that I would win a influence victory next week, influence was 78%. The week before my influence was 67%. I played the Drengin. I always thought that you had to be over 75% influence over a (peaceful) period of 10 weeks before there was a victory. Is that changed or is it the Drengin?
