Starbase on Map / loosing Auto Survey TABeta1a

first things first my starbases on the minimap in the bottom right had corner of the map sometimes displays with my color rapped around the resource white mark and sometimes it just looks like the normal white mark. I haven't taken pictures of both yet since both time I've reloaded the game, since I thought to post this, it was displaying the normal white mark. As soon as I get pictures of both I will put them on this post so you can more easily see what I'm refering to.

Second when I reload my game some of the ships that I had on auto-survey have lost thier auto-survey. I have to put them on auto-survey again. I believe that these ships were on auto-survey standby mode when I saved and closed the game the previous time but I don't know for sure. I just have ships scattered all over the map not doing anything when I reload this. I can send you the saved game if it would help you. Thank you.

the map thing seems to be an error on my part, it seems when I minimize the game when in game I had an imense galaxy zoomed in on level 5, when I come back to the game even though it still says level 5 it actually is level 4 until I re adjust it. here are two pictures showing this. The first is in game after I went back to the game from windows.

the next picture shows it resized after I corrected it by increasing the zoom, which still shows level 5 but you can tell it's a smaller map.
