Given that there are problems out there that arise from saving, is it too much to ask the game to not delete my last quick save when I do another?
I have had to replay far too many turns because of this, and I don't see why the save is done the way it is. I'd rather have the savegames pile up, and have to go delete them. I mean here we are in 2007, and you seem worried about a measely 9 meg save file?
The old GC did this very well. I can't remember exactly how it did it, but for one thing it kept a sampling of the autosaves around. That was really really nice. I think it actually but the turn number or something in there too.
I wish GC2 would at least keep around the last 2 quick saves...(if not all of them...)
