The only thing I think that would make every game magazine rate Twilight of the Arnor as the number one game of the year with straight tens. Is to do exactly what they are doing now, I'm licking my chops to see the independent tech-tree's, plus resize the ships to actual size in combat. Not on the regular screen, but just in combat and the shipyard. If they do this plus tweak and build on the espionage ability and adjust some of the planetary improvement values (galactic resort, secret police center). This will make game of the year guaranteed. I am a big fan of this game, but if there is any way through modding or through expansion to have a small ship with a length of 50 meter's look like it's 50 meter's compared to a troop transport or colony ship that's 933 meter's then the combat and shipyard in this game will be unprecedentedly cool. If a small ship looks like it's one\eighteenth the size of a colony ship then the combat will be so realistic.
They have the actual size for the Starbases and Starmines, and my computer handles that really well. I have figured out a solution for any fears of some of the slower systems not being able to handle this... Make an option where you can pick Realism. None of the planets need to be resized to actuality or nothi9ng else. Just the ships.
