The 3 star rating.

Whats up with this?

Like everyone else, I do some looking through the library to see if anything cool comes out. Except I've noticed that almost evrything has a three star rating. I rarely see two stars or four stars(Or even one star for that metter). It's always five or three. Why are all of them like this and who rates them in the first place?   I'm not complaining or anything, I just want to know the method behind this madness.

Three is the default. Since I don't really have time to play every mod though, they generally get left there unless they really stand out.

Shouldn't there atleast be a way for forum members to rate it? That would make a lot more sense.

It would, but unfortunately the library/metaverse really isn't a priority for the web team (they've got a pretty long list of projects to work on, last I checked).
