I ran into two bugs as well as two text errors:
Text error:
Trade (text with film after first trade route is established) - Text states some civs are wary of us, and we will need to convince them to raise(??) their restrictions. Someone must have had the word waive or raze in mind (I'm just guessing) when they wrote it. Either way, it should read waive, reduce, or any preferred synonym.
The Jagged Knife - This group appears after one of the major incidents, but when speaking with them, it will read "The The Jagged Knife..." presumably as all other dialogues are along the lines "The (civ name)..."
Bugs:
- Even after enabling the No Tech Trade option, I got the message: "You are too poor to pay tribute (something like that), give us a tech instead...." The game doesn't allow me to give a tech, and instead has me give some pauper sum ranging between 10 BC and 100 BC, and get away with it. I'd have thought they would either go away pissed, threatening to attack me in the future, or demand something else if I had anything.
- When viewing the planets, one can choose the Details button to get more information. I noticed that if I flip forward or backward a few planets (3 for example), and THEN press the Back button showing the original display, the program displays the wrong world map, as well as some other issues. This is easily cleared up by going to the next planet while in the default display, but the bug is repeatable.
