I am playing DA at tough. I will win the game but I am amazed at the Drengin planet
population. Almost all are at the limit (without adding farms--6 mil?). I suspect many of the planets are relatively new and so I am wondering how the AI is getting the population up so fast. I know low taxes, high morale help with pop growth, but I am wondering if something like aphrodisiac is at work here. Is aphrodisiac universe-wide or planet-wide?

Maybe I need to do some espionage to find out.
