DA Population Growth Formula? (Approval+x)

Hi all,
There are several different calculations for different versions of GalCiv.

What is the current population formula / method for DA? Which ranges of approval cause which percentage of growth? (41-75% = normal growth or >50%, how much at 100% and so on...)

Did not change since GC-2 1.1. Check wiki under Illustrative numbers - version 1.1.
