I've recently decided to play on one of my very first games I played in GalcivII Dark Avatar, not remembering why I stopped playing that game. I then found out why.

My civilization and the Dread Lords are the last civilizations in a small map (hey, it was one of my first games playing both GalCiv2 games). I currently occupy all planets but one, which is hme to the Dread Lords. I've apparantly left the United Planets (Well there is no point in being in it if you are the last major civilization). Everytime I ty to attack a Dread Lord ship, it says I must break an alliance first. As far as I'm aware, I have no alliance with the Dread Lords, and I cannot speak to the civilization either.

Is my game doomed to never end?
