I have a dual monitor setup with two identical screens (Dell 2007FP) on a GeForce 7800 GS. My primary display is on the right and the secondary on the left. For some reason, Dark Avatar starts up on the left display regardless of which monitor is primary. Since this typically causes my mouse to be locked on the primary display with GalCiv started up on the secondary, the resulting game play is sub-optimal. How do you tell the game which monitor it need to use as the display?
