Eyes of the Universe Minor Bug

I have just noticed that if you have Eyes of the Universe galactic achievement and a planet of yours culture flips, you keep the sensor information from that planet permanently. I don't know if this is a holdover from Dread Lords because I have never lost a planet to influence in Dread Lords.
