My apologies if this is in the wrong thread.
To recreate this bug simply rename one of the main races, go forward, save and then quit the game. Next time you go to the race your custom name will still be there. Now at this point you usually just press 'clear' to return it to the default settings, however if you do this at present the race is changed to 'custom race' with all the custom races info(or lack therefore of) instead of the actual races info.
