I cant get ship mods to work

I just downloaded some ship mods. I followed the instructions on the readme but i cant get them to appear. It says to ad the mods into mydocuments/my games/ galciv2/ships and when i run the game they dont work. I have Kyro's Blank Hulls mod and just updated my game to version 1.4. Can sum1 help me. The mods im adding are FelRavens Ship Pack(http://library.galciv2.com/index.aspx?m=456) and Terran Naval Style Ships (http://library.galciv2.com/index.aspx?m=277)
