Unable to Post Metaverse Game

When I tried to post my last game to the Metaverse, I got the following error:

(12) Your game submission was rejected because the application serial number does not match the serial number on the Metaverse server.

I tried deleting my sig.bin and reactivating the game, but I still got the error.
