Power Station Behaviour and Utility - Advice request

Got a feeling I am being a bit thick here .... but I have got myself confused on the Utility and Output of the varying Power Stations (Fusion, Anti-Matter, and Quantun). Without a Galactopedia there is no point of reference or help to find out. Would be great for the appropriate education ...

The percentage increase in industry output from Power Stations, does this apply only to the output received from a Mining Station, or does it magnify all output on a Planet?

If built on an Industry Bonus Tile, does it use the bonus mutiple of the Tile as well?

eg a Fusion plant on a 700% bonus tile would still be 10% increase? or does it take on a 70% increase?

Depending on the answer there may be a follow up question - didnt want to make the above layered with a confusing host of if/buts/maybe's

As far as I can tell, it's all production, like the Manufacturing Capital.

Placing the Manufacturing Capital on a bonus tile does nothing, so I assume its the same with the Power Plants.

I am getting the same impression - so here's the follow up, and the source of why I am confused on this.

You can create multiple power stations on the same planet, ultimately therefore you can get to a situation where (say) all tiles on a planet have a power station on them - in that scenario, in theory, its then zero output as its magnifying nothing, all tiles are occupied by a power plant.

If the latter is indeed the way they work, then you'd be crazy - obviously - to put one on all tiles, and there would be a point at which its no longer worth adding one as it would actually decrease the planet output.

If however on each individual tile occupied by one, they magnify the level of Factory currently researched, and automatically increases in output as the research progresses to manufacturing/Industrial Sector, then it makes sense - and would be hugely powerful

An extreme example of course, but illustrates the confusion in my mind on this. Hopefully someone from Stardock will clarify their default behaviour.

Power stations are supposed to be max one per planet I believe.

If thats the case then we have a bug, I have several planets on the current game where an anti-matter power plant has already been developed, and I have started to make a fusion plant on another tile with the intent of upgrading to anti-matter as time goes on
