ship abilities

While looking through English.str, I have found several ship abilities that are never used. They are:

[ShipAbilityStealth] Stealth
[ShipAbilityDetStealth] Detect Stealth
[ShipAbilityDockShips] Dock Ships
[ShipAbilityDetonate] Detonate
[ShipAbilityBombard] Bombard
[ShipAbilityMissile] Missile
[ShipAbilityVampire] Vampire
[ShipAbilityHeal] Heal
[ShipAbilityWraith] Wraith
[ShipAbilityAntiWraith] Anti-Wraith
[ShipAbilityStarbase] Starbase
[ShipAbilityFleet] Fleet
[ShipAbilityMonster] Monster
[ShipAbilityConstructShips] Construct Ships

Does anyone know what these do? I want to use them and have had limited success with the Stealth option (got it to show up by creating a ship part with the ability but not sure if it works), but I am not sure of the effects. Please help, Stardock.

AFAIK they're mostly vestiges of GC1/AP, and won't do anything here.
