Cant post on my story

Help please anyone!!

I am writing a story on the AAR forum and for some reason it just wont allow me to post the 2nd installment...1st it took ages then it came up with an error message and then i lost the post....you can imagine how that felt-it was about 5 pages of A5 with a screenshot

So i re-wrote the story and tried to save that: same problem. So i copied it to word so as not to lose the story again. All attempts to upload the copy have so far failed...I have tried with and without the screenshot and have also tried chopping the posts up into bitesize chunks-nothing seems to work...

and ironically i can reply to people's messages on that thread but just cant post my word copy-can anyone help me at all?
