First, a bug:
Immediately starting a new game, bringing up the foreign policy window - United Planets - and clicking the "next race" arrow in the lower left corner freezes the game. Anyone else get this, and if so, is it a known issue?

Last, a request:
The ability to bring up all ship designs, whether we have the tech or not. At least be able to view their base hull design. I would like to have an easier time cleaning out my ship designs. I would also like to reuse a ship I saved near the end of a previous game, earlier in a following one (Same hull, lower/earlier tech).
