This may have been in the game all along and I never noticed it. But I just got the latest beta, and I noticed that at some point it's charging me to put up new starbases, and the amount it's charging me is increasing. It seems like it's based on the total number I have and not the number per sector, and it has something to do with my logistics. I just can't figure out what the system is, and I looked around and couldn't find any beta patch notes that describe it. So if someone could explain to me how it works, I'd appreciate it.
