I've realsed the first version of my mini political party mod which add three new parties wich tryes to be balanced :
- Ecologist :+10 planet quality and +5 pop. growt
- Theocrats :+10 morale and +20 loyalty
- Totalitarians : +10 loyalty and +20 military production
My next project is to make all the political parties to have more bonues and penalites at start, for exemple war party will have -10 diplomacy. I just gave it a little try and it seems that the negative ability of the party is counted as positive my warparty had +10 to diplomacy

does anyone tried it and solved this, or it's just hardcoded ?
