GC2_Conversations.xml editing

I was just trying to edit some dialogs in the GC2_Conversations.xml and placed it in my mod Data folder but it dosen't seems to work. Sould I put it elsewere or it dosen't work at all ?

with this XML I suggest you, not to mess with' it's hard to mod this stuff but maybe somebody else will help you...

Well it isn't so difficult, just very time consuming, but I've time. Anyway I don't like the human empire that remplace the drengins in my mod saying "your flesh looks delicious"

that's the correct place.  Do you have mods turned on, and did you replace all of the different tags?

Actualy I just changed the first phrases (what a civ says when it discover an other). When I used my data mod folder it does nothing. So I decided to use the orginal data\english directory and it finaly worked. So I guess there's a problem with the mod directory.
