Unfortunately my earliest save left for that game is quite a few turns in. All the tiles are built upon (Although that took very few turns). Not sure how to post a savegame yet either. I'm not REALLY complaining that much. It just seems that sometimes the game is won or lost on the first turn. And I did win that game, if I remember there weren't that many planets near it, but with:
1 Precursor Mine 700%
2x Useful Minerals 300%
3x Precious resources 100%
The planet starts with 1600% production bonus
Plus add the manufacturing capitol's bonus, the planet was able to push out almost anything in 1 turn. If I recal correctly, I eventually had to replace the factories on the 100% tiles with tax buildings just to keep from going bankrupt ever other turn. Now if I could just find a planet with the research equivilant of that one.
