After reading around the forums, I have decided there is not enough interest in the GalCiv2 campaign to warrant me writing one, so I'm just going to include a couple of scenarios and make a forum post to explain the backstory.

My program files/stardock/totalgaming/galciv2/.....the last mod file seems to be missing. Is it possible to unzipp it to another file or to find the mod file in a place where I might of missed it....

It's probably not there because you are running v1.0. Update to 1.4X and it should be there. Tis mod only works with v1.2 and up.

In the DA version of the mod I plan to add ridiculous amounts of present-day nations in, Canada included .

The DA version will probably come out between 1-2 months after DA release and you can get the mod either in the Library or at TBSModder
