I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but it doesn't seem like something that should happen... Ever since updating to v1.11 or later, I have seldom had a random event occur, sometimes never. Although, this may just be from cranking difficulty up over time to "Masochistic" now... However, my last game, only 2 random events, and they were both ones that happen when you colonize a new planet. As for actual random events, I haven't received any of them except for the New Minor Race one. (a.k.a. Free class 15 planet late in game). Can we up the frequency of these events with like a new setting in the galaxy creation window? I've experimented with legit races ranging from +0% luck up to +50% luck (+25% racial +25% Universalist)
