How to add ship to library?

I created a starship Enterprise using no mods, (see the screenshot link here) http://img313.imageshack.us/img313/1153/enterprisebattle7yj.jpg and some folks suggested I upload it to the library for possible use in the Metaverse (because it was made without mods, I guess). What files or files do I have to upload? I know it says that they have to be zipped.
