Beta4 - Computer builds special project twice

This just happened twice in the same game:
1. The Fundamentalists build 2 Secret Police Centers on the same planet.
2. The Torians built 2 Orbital Terraformers on the same planet.

Did you actually check the planet? I believe this might just be an error with IGN (so it's not a horrible problem).

I've also got massively repeated messages (the Yor built six Political Capitals, apparently). Never actually caught them having more than one though, so I think the message might just be crazy.

Yes, I checked the planet. Not only did the message for the Secret Police popup twice (I can't remember if the Terraformer did), but as I later captured the planets, I saw them there.

I can upload screen shots or save game file if absolutely necessary.

Edited to add:
Let me be clear; I captured both planets in question, and one had 2 Secret Police, and the other had 2 Orbital terraformers.
