Im having trouble updating my retail version to version 1.0x. When I click on the link for the update on the downloads page I am prompted to give my serial number. I have a UK version and the serial number is printed on CD2. However when I type the serial number in it tells me that it is not registered or recognized. I have tried it several times and checked to see if I have typed it out correctly. Which I have. I have also clicked on the update serial number button on the loader screen, but this doesnt seem to do anything beyond asking me to enter my serial number.
Please help as I am desperate to update this game as there are a fair few bugs that hampering my enjoyment of this otherwise great game.
