typo's in stock PlanetImprovements.xml keeping some things from being available

in the default PlanetImprovements.xml, there ar ea few typo's keeping some of the improvements from being available. Galactic Monument has [S_TechRequirement]StarFederation[S_TechRequirement]. while the TechTree.xml has the ID as simply StarFed. Nanorecorders has [S_TechRequirement]Sensors2[S_TechRequirement] as the requirement, but techtree.xml has it listed as Sensor2 without the extra S. these two below are probably intentional. Historic preserve has [S_TechRequirement]ArtificialSatellites[S_TechRequirement], that doesn't specifically compare to anything, but there are some starbase modules with similar names. Anti-matter power plant says it needs Anti-Matter Power Plant, but that doesn't seem to exist at all

Another one is that GALACTIC GUIDE BOOK doesn't do anything!...

What annoys me is if you try and fix this yourself, you have to start a new game for it to work.

Galactic Monument requires tech StarFederation tech is named StarFed
Nano Recorders requires tech Sensor2
Pain Amplifiers requires tech Medical Theory tech is missing
Anti-matter Power Plant requires tech Anti-Matter Power tech is missing
Extended Farming requires tech Xeno Farm Construction IV tech is missing
Ultra Farming requires tech Xeno Farm Construction V tech is missing
Hyper Distribution Center requires tech CulturalConquest tech is named Cultural Conquest (space)
Historical Preserve requires tech ArtificialSatellites tech is missing (perhaps from terror star removal)

PlanetImprovements: "Xeno Industrial Theory" ("Manufacturing Capital") not in "TechTree.xml"!
PlanetImprovements: "Star Democracy" ("Political Capital") not in "TechTree.xml"!
PlanetImprovements: "Sensors2" ("Nano Recorders") not in "TechTree.xml"!

These will not be fixed for various reasons:

Nice, I hadn't noticed that the nano recorders were in the game now.
Makes the sensor techs even better. Hopefully the AI:s will research them too.
