Can't find my character

Hi All,

I'd like to play a metaverse game. Being new, I have a created stardock ccount, and also a Character for the metaverse. When I select "Metaverse" in the game, it prompts me for my account password. After typing that in, the game reports that I have no characters, and asks if I'd like to create one. The problem is, I have l aready created one, and I can access it from my character management area. What am I missing?
