How to delete a rally point over a starbase etc.

How to delete

Sorry if this question has an obvious answer, but I've been unable to fathom it out. I'm fine when placing rally points in open space, but I have several rally points placed over star bases. I wish to delete some of these rally points, but how do I do this? Whenever I click on the tile, or double click, it just takes me straight to the starbase info panel, not the rally point info panel. Is there anyway around this?

Moving a ship onto the tile with the starbase and rally point will allow you to select and remove the rally point.
