Gal Civ II Limited edition registration

I received today my copy of Gal Civ II (limited edition) bought by Play.com .
I am not able to find my copy serial nu,mber to unload the last pach;on the back of tin jewel case I find nothing,
I have only my serail number to download exclusive collectors edition content.

Please, could you help me?
