When i am playing i can build a ship with medium hull and nothing else on it which makes it really quick and cheap to build, all i have to do then is design a ship with medium hull and all the things i want on it e.g. weps shields armour and so on. the i go back to my empty hull which i say have 50 off and the i upgrade them all to the new version.
Now that is good in theroy if you have the money but in this game you dont need the money i did it when i only had 200bc left even though the upgrade will cost well over 20000bc so i did this and i went into major debt but guess what only for 1 turn then the game reset my debt too -2000bc and within 3 turns i was out of debt and i had a huge fleet of warships...
