Bug or feature? Trading before relations

Can trade with all civilizations before meeting

Clicking on foreign stats, then relation tab. It's empty because I haven't met anyone.

But you can just hit ctrl+1 through ctrl+0 and tada you can now trade from turn 1.

Is this the reason that by the time I meet another civilization they have tons more techs.. and as I meet more they have already tech traded up to be equal? or is this just a human to AI interaction bug and the AI still behaves and waits till they meet?

I think that might be an exploit for human players. *bump for dev to take notice*

man this game is so loaded with freakin bugs , yall need to use some extra power raid this sucks big time it crashes to the send errorer report and debug screen more than i try to play it , this is so bogus! every time i play it crashs to that screen 4 or more times in the middle of play ! what the heck is the prob with this game? i'm very dissapointed with this game. yall should of did a better job on this before ya let it out of the door ! ya need to fix these bugs lickety split cause this is toataly rediculous! very disaointed customer!

What exactly does that rant have to do with the other poster. A lot of people are playing this game without many problems. A few crashes here and there but nothing major. It sounds like the majority of people having crash problems need to patch there game and update there drivers.

I wouldn't rule out that this works for the AI in some way, too.

whats going on with these darn debug stuff every thing i do almost with this game it ends up gettin a debug message
