Forum rating submission

Whenever I try to give a post a rating I get a pop-up window that says:

An Error Occurred
There was a problem opening this page. Please refresh the page and try again.
Whatever you were trying to do, it didn't work out the way you expected.

Except for rating my own posts where the pop-up just tells me off for trying to mark myself! I'm running IE on Windows XP. Sorry, this is in GC2 bug reps but I couldn't see one for the forums.
