Stardock will be closed for Easter weekend starting on Friday, April 3rd and we will be returning on Tuesday, April 7th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time, but expect delays in responses during this time.

CE box pre-ordered from Stardock...question about my "extra" stuff

So, since I bought the CE box from stardock, I guess I have to wait for the box to get here to get the CE SN before I can download my extra stuff?

It should unlock the all the bonus materials if you pre-ordered from us (your current serial number).  I'll have them look into it.

Sorry, had a small bug in the validation code.  Your serial will now give you access to the Theme as well.

My question is which serial number should I be using they both will let me get 1.0D but niether let me get the bonus material for the CE I have my Beta Serial and the serial I got from stardock/support(as of yesterday) Another issue might be that I upgraded to CE from a download version.

Similar question:

1 got GalCiv 2 with my TGN subscription. I have however ordered the $20 CE upgrade. Now, can I use my TGN serial to download the CE stuff or should I wait for the box to get to me?

And related, should I update Stardock Central with the CE serial number for GalCiv 2?
